  • Device Data: This data may include your device's make and model, version of your operating system, connectivity status, and usage information like which webpages you browsed and which sections of an app you frequently open. We store device data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services, and to improve and secure our services. We may also store your device data for a longer period of time for legal, accounting, and auditing purposes.

  • Location Data: This data may include your approximate as well as precise location information when you use our services. We store location data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services, and to improve your experience using our services. We may also store your location data for a longer period of time for legal, accounting, and auditing purposes.

  • Usage Data: This data may include the webpages you browsed and which sections of an app you frequently open. We store usage data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services, and to improve your experience using our services. Data Deletion

We value your privacy and provide you with the option to delete your account and information at any time. This policy outlines what happens when you request account deletion.

When you request the deletion of your account and information, individual data types will be deleted as follows:

    • Your profile information like name, birthday and gender will be permanently deleted from our system.
  2. Order History:

    • Your order history will be retained in our system for regulatory and compliance purposes.
    • Delivery information is retained for tax reporting, fraud prevention, and auditing purposes.
    • These information will not be used for marketing purposes.
  3. Saved Addresses:

    • Your saved addresses will be deleted from our system.
  4. Saved Payment Methods:

    • Your saved payment methods will be deleted from our system.
  5. Search History:

    • Your search history will be deleted or dissociated from your account.

Data Retention for Legal Compliance

We are required by law to retain specific data related to your transactions, including:

  • Order invoices
  • Payment confirmation receipts
  • Shipping and delivery records

This retention period varies depending on the regulatory requirements in your region but typically lasts for 7 years. After this period, the data is securely archived or deleted as per applicable laws and company policy.

Requesting Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account:

  1. Log in to your account on the mobile app.
  2. From the Menu, go to My Profile section.
  3. Open the Manage Account section.
  4. Tap on Request Account Deletion option.
  5. On the confirmation screen, tap on Request Deletion to confirm.
  6. Continue on the Messages app to send the request through SMS.
  7. Alternatively, you can call our support team by phone at +977-9802858085 to initiate the account deletion process.

Important Notes

  • Once your account is deleted, deleted information cannot be recovered.
  • While your account and profile information will be deleted, we will retain your transaction history for regulatory compliance as outlined above.
